Artist Bio

This is my 3rd year doing FAWM.

My goal this year is to make a concept album where each piece has a thematic sound world representation of one of the planets and other objects in our solar system.

I plan to write up various characteristics, feelings, and ideas associated with each of these solar objects and their mythological namesakes and use those words to influence the music and create soundscapes that depict these objects.

I'm not sure how this will go, but it will be very much Synth infused.

If things go well the plan is to compose 21 pieces of music:

1. Mercury
2. Venus
3. Earth
4. Mars
5. Jupiter
6. Saturn
7. Uranus
8. Neptune
9. Pluto
10. Sun
11. Moon
12. Ceres
13. Eris
14. Haumea
15. Makemake
16. Planet X
17. Nemesis
18. Solar Wind Around Uranus (Joke Fartscape)
19. Pallas
20. Juno
21. Vesta

There are many great artists on this site and I anticipate following them again.

Thank you in advance for anyone who listens to or comments on a piece as I appreciate your time.

Have a great 2020 Fawm to all!

hey, I have been really shitty at listening to stuff this month because the year really has started here in Brazil. Thanks for your compliments, your music is also as powerful as it's touching, as dreamy as it is intense.

Yeah, I first saw Harlock when I was a kid. It was a Saturday morning cartoon I loved. All I could remember was the credit sequence, but I knew I loved the show. So when I stumbled back onto it about 10 years ago, I watched the whole original series again & renewed my love of the show.

    See You In The Shadows…

  • @emplate 6 weeks

Thank you for the comment on "Käärme", we appreciate it! I myself don't necessarily consider it a folk metal track, 'cause there's not much metal in it. But it could be that since we're both kinda metal guys, it's bound to show on one way or another : )

  • @torniojaws 6 weeks

Thanks for the comments 😀 Will check out your stuff tomorrow

  • @chriddof 6 weeks

Thanks again, this time for the comment on "Industrial Intermission"! I have an interest in things like old TV / radio broadcasts, so that's where that influence comes from.

  • @electrocelte 6 weeks

    Thanks @heliosonorous for your encouragement!

  • @frozenlonesome 7 weeks

Glad you liked Haunted by Insects. Not sure if it comes through on the percussion, but it its in Triplets.

  • @chriddof 7 weeks

Again, thanks for that comment. I was at a bit of a low point when I made "Memory Factory" (I'm fine now), so the need for some kind of calming influence clearly made itself present in the track.

  • @aeye 7 weeks

Thanks for checking out the entire project! Glad you liked it. We had a blast making it. (Probably have a few remixes coming still) looking forward to the rest of yours.

Welcome back! I love your goal this year. I've wanted to do something similar for a while. Really looking forward to what you do with it!

  • @tcelliott  Jan 19

Thanks for the note, thanks for stopping by. Let's have another great Fawm! (Also, I, too, like your goal.)

  • @looprication  Jan 19

Love the theme! It’s great to create in the moment but I think my most successful years have been when I’ve had a plan, whether I’ve stuck to it or not. Glad to see you back, the site needs more energy like the controlled chaos you bring.
