You are TOO kind. Please don't disappear too quickly from FAWM... I'd like to catch up on listening to more of your stuff over the next few days/weeks!

  • @aaronnathans Feb 24

Sent it to the email on your web site.

  • @aaronnathans Feb 24

    What's your email?

  • @aaronnathans Feb 24

Tell you what β€” i’ll Send you something tomorrow instead and you can take a couple days with it. It’ll help us both get over the line (assuming you still need a few!)

  • @aaronnathans Feb 24

If I send you some lyrics tonight, do you think you could add a verse and send it to me by this time tomorrow?

  • @musicsongwriter Feb 20

You are very welcome. It was a pleasure to listen to your beautiful work!

You are too kind! I'm glad you're enjoying my periodic table songs! And thanks for listening to Stirs!

  • @leepat  Feb 19

ha, you got me there, I might have coined that by sheer desire to be cool. now I'm afraid to google it too πŸ˜€ Thanks for listening!

  • @pfoo  Feb 19

I'm a beginner drummer, so that feedback is really helpful, and I appreciate it! Thanks πŸ˜€

  • @pfoo  Feb 19

Thanks for the comment on Saboteur. I am thinking that the ride cymbal in the bridge was the issue. Could replace that with more relaxed sounds. I appreciate the feedback - I'm trying to learn how to add appropriate drum parts, so that is helpful. πŸ˜€

  • @standup  Feb 19

I appreciate your thoughts on the "Saboteur" 4-track song. The suggestion to take the bridge back even more in intensity is a really good one!

Since it's recorded very live, and we were making up the drum part as we went along, that did not occur to me or to @pfoo (who was actually playing drums).

But I like that idea for sure.

  • @metalfoot  Feb 18

So glad you like my silly elements songs! πŸ˜€ Thanks for your lovely comments! Been a scrambly weekend but I'll try to get at some more of your songs soon.

  • @aaronnathans Feb 17

Didn't know you were here! (And didn't know this was you!)

  • @saulius Feb 17

Thanks for your kind comments on my song Nectar. I really like those lyrics. Time permitting, I plan to redo the song with a faster tempo, make it more festive, Irish/Scottish sounding. It's supposed to be a celebration.

  • @markg  Feb 8

Nice songs you posted. Looking for more when you get back

  • @pfoo  Feb 5

Happy first FAWM to you too. Isn't it fun?! Thank you for your kind feedback on my song. I'm honestly just winging all my recording in Garageband with a USB mic and it's very hit or miss. πŸ˜€ I'm enjoying your amazing, rich lyrics so much. Looking forward to hearing more!
