In 2011 she started her music duo 11minuteslate with multi-instrumentalist Annika Schima. They played original pop and folk songs in several venues and bars and they released their EP in 2014 in Luxor Live in Arnhem.
in 2012 she started her study vocals, Jazz & Pop at the ArtEZ Conservatory in Arnhem.
She gained a big interest in improvised music after having free improvisation lessons. Free improvisation became a main theme in her music.
In 2018 she started a free impro collective with several students from the conservatory.
From 2010 she had written a lot of own songs for several collaborations, including arrangements for orchestras.
Today Esther takes actively part to several projects, including the Key Code Project, (for which she had the premiere in Linz, Austria, after performing in 2018 in Situ Artfair in Skopje, Macedonia), the 'Sound Shape Collective' a improvised music Collective and the “Out of Lyrics” duo with Rocco Romano.

Being a big fan and practitioner of improvised music, these tracks were fun to listen to. Wish there was more of it here on the West Coast of Canada. Keep on....
