For FAWM I'm planning to revive the a cappella minimal techno project Antivapisators. I've been neglegting it for years. You can find one song by Antivapisators on Spotify & iTunes (who knows where else).
I play guitar in the afrofunk band Princes of Nigeria, not to mention the blackgrass group Kivireki ("Stone Sleigh", in which I also sing). Then there's Yhden miehen tungos ("One Man Throng") which ventures into poetry, satire and soundscapes both sides of the bad taste barrier.
I've been playing guitar and sometimes bass in bands since the mid-eighties. Never professionally, however, although one of the bands did get a recording deal with a small label (we were on national tv and all – true 15 minutes of fame!).
It all started with punk. We literally could not play any instrument in the beginning. This boring fact didn't stop us.
You can find releases by Princes of Nigeria, Kivireki and Yhden miehen tungos both on SoundCloud and on the music page at the Komitea site.
No songs by this fawmer (yet).
