No bio for this fawmer. 😞
Hey man. It was awesome discovering you this year. You've probably been my favorite FAWM'er this year. I don't know if it's gonna be relevant, but is there any way I can keep in touch with you outside of FAWM?
Thank you so much for the kind words about my song Becoming Whole.
Thank you for the great and insightful comment on Love, ! Yes that is me speaking the letter. Looking forward to checking out your stuff!
Thank you so much for your comment on "pieces on the ground." I so appreciate it! 😀 Just checked out one of your songs and it's awesome. So now I'm stalk/watchlisting you. <3
Thanks heaps for listening and commenting. Much appreciated.
Merci for stopping by ! Fugazi is really an amazing band. Have a great FAWM 😉
How about calling it "Alone Together"? A song about being your own company. It would make sense if you did both of the vocals 😉
Thank you for your kind words!
Thank you so much for the sweet comments on "Chinese New Year"! And Happy New Year. Are you just on vacation or do you live in Vietnam? I loved traveling there when I went to the North about ten years ago... Halong Bay was incredible.
Anyway, I realized when I woke up to the flurry of comments about how abruptly the song ended that I accidentally cut off the outro (with time signature change!) when exporting. I have fixed it, along with the bass thing that was bothering me that nobody else noticed 😀 Just thought I'd let you know.
I will definitely be back to do some listening later, looks like you've been busy and all the song tags are right up my alley!
Wow thanks so much 😀
Hey man! Thanks for your kind comment on "You Belong in Food". To answer your questions: 1. I ran the vocals through a simulated guitar amp and a spring reverb. I achieve the "distance" by turning the mix up quite a bit on the reverb. 2: I think the western sound comes pretty naturally to me these days because I'm very influenced by the 60's surf-y spaghetti western soundtracks and a few psyche bands that utilize this sound 😀
Thanks for the nice comment! I'll be listening to your stuff, but first I have to eat something... 😀
Happy FAWMing! As a circle, you know there's no end to the music you can create!
