Artist Bio

Influences:   Tool, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Iron and Wine... and just about everything in between.

Behavior Health director by day, amateur musician in my free time (when I'm not playing The Binding of Isaac or chowing down on some chicken wings) on the outskirts of Pittsburgh in a defunct little industrial town.

I've always loved singing and writing lyrics and have done some solo recordings and songs I cowrote with a pal on occasion... over the years I have been putting together a meager home studio situation.

I have a cursory understanding of my midi keyboard and have been screwing around in Ableton for years - some of my solo work and collab projects can be found on my YouTube page linked above - and I've also slowly been making progress on guitar, but I've got a long way to go.

Look forward to seeing what this month brings, and always appreciate feedback - also, open to any and all kinds of collaboration if you'd like a lyricist / vocalist / co-conspirator of some other sort.

Thanks fr your comment on "Angel of the Wind". It was my most experimental piece for FAWM. I was well outside my comfort zone. So it's great to hear someone say how much they liked it. Have a good year and hopefully we'll meet again next FAWM.

Thanks a lot for your comment on "Angel in Jeans". Honestly, I don't think about chord progressions. I just do them xD This song will receive some vocals in some weeks. So post-site-closing.

Thanks for the comment. It was a fun lofi experiment. I do like Modest Mouse so it certainly may be an influence. I used to love digging through bargain bins to find weird fun (and occasionally exceptional) albums.

Looking forward greatly to hearing my music of your song "Mountain" our random collab.. in its new form with your lyric sung by yourself (and mixed better than my rubbish version). So excited!!! I was really pleased with how the song came out.

  • @marijequerida Feb 18

Wow, thank you for your kind message! Definitely feel free to share it with the one you had in mind, my main reason of writing these lyrics is to make others feel validated or bring awareness.

  • @musicsongwriter  Feb 16

Hi Chris, I've sent you my reply 😀

  • @musicsongwriter  Feb 14

You are very welcome, I love your song. It is truly special. Thank you so much for your kind words about my music, especially pieces I created some years back, means so much to me. I occasionally play Or is it and very rarely Enchanted Lake. I absolutely love the movie "The Enchanted" and it was time I was calling a few of my compositions using this word. Looking forward to hearing more of your songs. Thank you again for your kind support.
    Nadia ~

Dublin used to be even more charming, I preferred it when it was poor rather than rich.

  • @tunecat  Feb 8

Enjoying working with your song!! I've roughed it out. Will try to do a more polished version than normal!!

  • @tunecat  Feb 8

I thought my email was there but you can have it here:, or whatsapp me 00447986799205 (maybe delete this after)

  • @tunecat  Feb 7

Hey there.. Looking forward to our collab.. Email is fine. (But will you let me know when it's been sent? ) I imagined lyrics firs, but if you want some piano riffs or ideas to play around with that'd be fine too..

  • @zeekle1998  Feb 5

Got your email thanks. I’ll respond shortly.

  • @chrismyth02 Feb 5

  • @paulh1237  Feb 4

Hey - I have a backing track together that might be of interest if your still up for a collab. Got an email I could send it to?

  • @chrismyth02 Feb 3

@zeekle1998 100% interested; I'll draft up some lyrics, and will sing on the track; if you have any instrumentals you want me to write/sing on, send them my way too. I'll use the email on your profile if that's alright? Feel free to do the same.

  • @zeekle1998  Feb 3

Hey, let me know if you want to collab. This week is a bit manic, however if you send me some lyrics I can spend a bit more quality time on them. You’ll sing on anything we do??? Would be better than my singing.
Just let me know what suits you.
