Thank you for your comment on Saturday Night. It's a silly song, but fun!

  • @yarimurray  Mar 1

Thanks for listening and commenting on Here We Go Again. I enjoyed listening to some of your stuff and plan to listen to more now that February is giving way to March. Great sounds and the production is top notch!

  • @phlecksy Feb 28

Thanks for the kind comment on my track 'Take it from me' - much appreciated from someone who unlike me clearly knows what they're doing and how to do it! 😀

  • @jwhanberry  Feb 28

  • @factorytale Feb 28

Thank you for the nice comment. It's not really my style, but it was a funny challenge !🙂

  • @cindyrella  Feb 27

I think I am crazy for the whole month of February! I have more time than I used to since my kids are grown. Sometimes an idea pops into my head and I have to write something down.

  • @factorytale Feb 26

Vi ser Hvornår inspirationen kommer, jeg har også først min computer tilbage i april. Jeg bliver selv inspireret af alt hvad jeg ser og oplever, så da jeg er meget opmærksom på min omverden skal der Ikke så meget til. 🙂

  • @factorytale Feb 26

Thank you for your so nice comments on my lyrics/songs. Det betyder meget at vide at nogle sætter pris på det man laver 🙂

  • @factorytale Feb 25

Det var fordi det var en superskirmish, det tog én time at skrive og poste. Det er ret tidspresset sangskrivning. Jeg checker jeg soundcloud ud, rart at vide hvem der er i den anden ende.

  • @factorytale Feb 25

Thanks og tak. Nice of you to write så pænt om min sang, when you don't feel it's good enough. A little mix of dansk og english. I didn't get the message on soundcloud. My name is Heidi.

  • @elainedimasi  Feb 23

    Welcome to FAWM!

  • @factorytale Feb 22

  • @krrisstin Feb 22

thanks so much for your comment on my forest bathing song. 😀 i hope you're having a great fawm!

  • @ohwell123 Feb 21

Thank you very much for your comment on my song! I greatly appreciate it.

  • @factorytale Feb 21

  • @aeye Feb 20

Glad you liked that remix, I honestly wasn't sure how it would work as a dancier track given how it originally sounded, but I'm glad you enjoyed it 😀

  • @rkeeling75 Feb 19

  • @natalieedelson  Feb 17

Thanks for your kind comment on ‘woodstove’ looking forward to hearing your tunes ! 🌟

  • @mkd  Feb 15

... while it’s here and get your stuff out there! If you feel a block, just write anything, to get past it, and then get going again! You can do this 🙂

  • @mkd  Feb 15

Hey @cherok40 - saw you comment on getting writer’s block from listening to other’s stuff on here. Just wanted to drop by to offer encouragement to you to let yourself off the hook of trying to be perfect or the best. Everyone here is hopefully just offering up what time allows, so some csn put lots of production in, others are recording demos on their phones. (I’ve done both this year depending on the day). The aim of FAWM is for you to get your own creativity flowing, by having the goal of keeping going no matter what, and every song you get out - whether it’s a bare bones outline or a full production - is one you might otherwise not have done! FAWM is first and foremost a tool for you. The fact that it comes with in-built audience is wonderful (and you’ve got yourself a great following looking at your song-comment numbers). The audience dwindles almost as soon as Feb 28th is here, sometimes earlier as folks get their heads down for the finish line, so make the most of it

  • @jsini  Feb 14

  • @mikegtz  Feb 13

Hi Will, nice listening to your music. Very interesting, nice combo of different elements,

  • @ferry0123 Feb 11

Thanks for your kind words on "Step into the twilight night'. I'm sure there must have been a Porticehead induced influence..At least as for the bass.

  • @plog  Feb 11

Thank you for your kind comment on "alive", it's much appreciated 😀

  • @lain Feb 11

Thanks for commenting on "A Story" - yeah I will try to re-record this in a lower tempo 😀 Thanks for your feedback!

  • @quintonbarnes  Feb 11

Hey man, absolutely! I'm away from my gear for the week, but I'll spend that time writing to it and see if I can come up with anything worthwhile 😁!

  • @monplaisir Feb 11

Hey, thanks for your comment 😉 The synth I use is Synth1, it's free and there is like a thousand of soundbanks and presets on KVR audio 😉

  • @europanmermaid Feb 11

Omg thank you for making it downloadable! I’ve got to log into SoundCloud from my computer and then I will be downloading it. Yay!!

  • @engebretsen  Feb 10

Thx for comments. Yeah Tesla was amazing....

  • @angelinapowersuit Feb 10

Thank you for your comments on "Thought you Got a Good One!" Will get bass on there eventually. . . .

  • @aeye Feb 10

Thanks for listening to the remix! We’ll make sure to return the favor 😀

  • @dreamscuba  Feb 10

Thanks for listening to "Pop My Socks. Your comments are much appreciated.

  • @quintonbarnes  Feb 7

Hey, thanks for listening to my track and I'm glad you enjoyed! The answer is having the week off work and having nothing planned + tons of surplus creative energy haha 😁!

  • @mkd  Feb 5

Hey @cherok40 - I’ve found this year and last that I work best if I have an over-arching concept album in mind, so that basically all my songs are around the same premise! Helps me round writer’s block as I’m really just exploring 14 different facets of the same thing rather than having to come up with 14 different ideas! (Feels like cheating really!)

  • @rickcannon Feb 4

Thanks for the comment! Very inspired by new wave and the 80s, you are correct. (:

  • @standup  Feb 4

OK, new to FAWM -- Welcome. Hope you do some more cool stuff this month. Have fun!

  • @bru2  Feb 3

Thanks for the kind words on my song 😀

  • @hornesgiftshop  Feb 3

Thanks for the comment on ‘T For One’. Yes it’s all me and some malfunctioning instruments.

  • @andygetch  Feb 2

You're welcome. The flurry of activity the first week or so is still overwhelming to me and while the site has a few quirks, once learned it gets easier. Lots of tips in this forum thread and feel free to ask a question there. https://fawm.org/forums/topic/8743/#c... Just keep writing and posting the songs. We're all here to help each other 😀

  • @andygetch  Feb 2

Hi Will and welcome to FAWM. BTW, I noticed on your first song post that you replied directly to a comment there. Typically a reply on a song comment is not seen by the person being answered (unless they happen to check back). The way for it to be seen is to click on that username and reply on their soundboard. Happy FAWMING!

  • @nikke88  Feb 1

    Thanks for commenting!

I'm interested to hear what you are going to come up with. Those influences are totally on my taste.

  • @nuj4x Jan 23

  • @hummingbear Jan 21

Welcome to FAWM! That's a wide range of influences - it'll be fun to listen to what you come up with!
