Thanks for your kind words /feedback on Horses and Angels/ will definitely work on it more at some point - congratulations on your 16 ! 🙌🏾🌟

The whispered vocals are great, don't go changing them! Your domestic arrangements have inadvertently given you a really unique sound.

It does feel like we're getting to the end now, doesn't it. I have two more to go, both written and half-recorded. Both basically ideas I dismissed two weeks ago as crap. Interesting how your standards drop when you're racing to get to the magic 14....

thanks for your kudos on “bethlehem wonder” . Inspirobot provides! -re music: - after I recorded this I realized chords are pretty much Stones’ Dead Flowers. Oh well. FAWM on.

Cheers for the various comments! I’m actually rather delighted to garner an Ocean Colour Scene comparison - one of my favourite bands way way back in the mists of time 😀

I think at least 5 songs from re-purposed Casio demo tracks is acceptable. 6 would be too many.

In regards to effects on that little tune some tape delay, a tube screamer, and the little contraption in my profile pic that started life as a little cheap yamaha jr2
I'll take your comments as the highest compliments jazzy fuzzy wall of sound is kinda what I was aiming for, it's nice to get close 😀 kind of a my bloody valentine homage.

  • @mikkojuhani Feb 12

Yeah, I know! I came up with plenty of reasons to not post my first song. But then it's fine, and we're all in this together. That's the magic of FAWM.

  • @mikkojuhani Feb 12

Thanks for the comment! I hope you do give it a shot some day.

  • @ayehahmur  Feb 9

You're welcome! I love the listening part of FAWM about as much as the creating part. It's great to hear new music being created on a daily basis.

  • @andybalham Feb 7

Thanks for the comment. Yes, I do like a bit of reverb. Perhaps I should try dialling it back a bit, but hey I kinda like it how it is.

  • @davidtaro  Feb 7

Right, how quickly can I get the kids to bed so I can listen to these new tunes? They don’t need any dinner, right? And tooth brushing has always been a sort of optional extra. Anyway, can’t wait...

  • @dzd  Feb 7

Good old random shuffle brought me here
    Youve got a new fan!

and yeah fuck finishing things.....there's later for that boring nonsense

  • @gordon  Feb 7

I would like to hear more please! Forget about "finishing" things properly, do that after February! Have a good one.

  • @brisk Feb 7

If you're wondering, I have started - I just haven't finished any of the 11 I've started. And several of them are just little pointless MIDI things...

Well, hello. Have a glorious FAWM2020. I’m officially excited.
