Hey, I'm Adam.

2021 is my second year participating in FAWM. Last year, I shared the first ambient songs I ever made, and the kindness and support from everyone here boosted my confidence tremendously.

I learned a lot about production, composition and performance in the last year (still lots to learn, of course) but I'm truly looking forward to sharing new projects this year.

Here we go!

And this is one of my Pre-FAWM projects:

    Thanks for the listen!

Thank you so much for your lovely words about "Snow and Bamboos", I'm really glad it brought familiar places to your mind while listening <3

  • @bootlegger Feb 9

I don't blame you! It's crazy cold right now. Maybe you could film out your window? Haha.

  • @elesimo  Feb 4

Thanks for the description of your signal flow! I love this kind of music, but I always had a hard time making it without overdoing on the reverb... I might give it another try for this FAWM! πŸ˜€

For sure! That one lil verse has inspire me to write a song! 😁 When I get off work πŸ˜‹

  • @bradbrubaker  Feb 3

A volume pedal! That was the part I couldn't figure out, haha. I'm not much of a gearhead.

  • @splittybooms  Feb 3

Hey man you asked about my synthvox - its called AlterEgo by a company named Plogue, and its free!
Will be getting around to your tracks soon...I'm feeling oddly overwhelmed with the amount of music already posted and how fast they've been piling up; feels like I'll never have enough time to listen to everything.

  • @haim  Feb 2

That's cool. I hope you'll enjoy the vocal recording if you choose to do so, anyways it's gonna be fun! cheers! going to listen to your first song, I see you've posted one as I write it.

  • @lennie  Feb 1

What a beautiful clear sound you have. Your YouTube track makes great music for concentrating. Happy FAWMING!

  • @haim  Feb 1

Hi! Have a happy fawm! thanks for commenting on my forum post!
I'm glad to read that your first fawm was a great learning experience, i feel the same every single year here. it's my sixth year. Do you sing in your songs as well or it's instrumental only?

  • @jonmeta  Jan 30

    Great to see you’re back!

  • @splittybooms  Jan 26

Good to see you back - Looking forward to your output as well!

Hey - I am absolutely enjoying learning about video creation. My lecture videos have NOT been me as a talking head; rather, I've used a lot of images doing the "Ken Burns zooms" and animations and that sort of thing. Not terribly well designed from a graphic arts point of view, but wow have I learned a lot. It is so much fun creatively. For the summer and the fall semesters I basically made 2 primitive hour long documentaries a week, and it was a lot of work, but since the pandemic hit I've made about 110 of these videos. Heck of a way to learn! πŸ˜€
