Thanks for listening to Coffee Around The World. I’ve had the Synthstrom Audible Deluge for about a month now and it is an amazing machine. The recording process was straightforward. It has a resampling feature which allows you to record the output directly onto its SD card. So I built the tracks and then did a live performance with them recording directly to the card.
I do all my regular recording on my iPad. For the vocal sample, I used AudioShare and ran the whole piece through Bram Bos Kosmonaut. I then imported both files into AuriaPro and used FabFilter Pro C2 and Pro R on the vocal sample and cut the sample into pieces to be arranged on the track. The horns are from ThumbJam where I created 3 loops of French horn and two different trumpets. This was processed through AUXFX:Dub TapeEcho 4. I exported the final file into Mastering and ran it through the Ambient preset.

Absolutely! I will give the rest a listen when I am not at work. Shhh! Don't tell my boss!

@aeye hey man thanks a lot. yea I just realized today that there was some reverb and delay on my master channel. : ( I don't know how it got th e. But thanks a lot seriously that made my day and as far as plugins go they are just stock ableton plugins...some reverb and and saturators to give things some life...and yea so main saw chords I made I serum and some of the really sweet samples are from splice and I stretched and warped them

Yeah... no. A verse I excised from the final version (because it was a little dark) mentioned how helium's only fault is that inhaled it displaces oxygen so you can suffocate. (the amount in a small balloon, no, but after 3 or 4 balloons... you can get there) Thought that didn't really fit the happy tone of the song so yeah...

Hey thanks for the commenting on my song 'Domesticated Love'! The main lead synth was a synth patch I edited on Massive and a pad preset from Superwave p8 mixed together. Glad you enjoyed it!

  • @bking  Feb 4

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on Looking Glass.

  • @wearedinosaurs Feb 4

Thanks for the comment! The beat is done with some synth stuff I build this winter. The rest is bass guitar, also the arp sound.
