Hi my name is Carmen, i'm 18 and I live in the Netherlands. This is my second time on Fawm. I'm excited for this challenge because i used to write a lot of songs when i was 17 and ive kind of lost that the last year. So im hoping i will get back to it this month.
I will do my best, although i also have finals i need to study for. But im excited:) !
What ive learned over the years is to let go of the strong need to make a good song. Now i just make a song and i dont care if it is good or bad, what matters is that i made something! And that i enjoyed myself. So there are always many things about what i post here that i know arent perfect, but i dont care. And i hope some of you will learn to love their music regardless of the quality as well.
Also, this year, when ive graduated from high school, im gonna be moving to London to put more time into my music there!
Thanks so much for checking me out.
Update: so I was really getting into the flow of writing songs again but now I suddenly got so many exams coming up this month and I’m really behind on schoolwork so that’s why you’re not hearing anything from me now. Too bad:(( ill try to make time for it tho
Ps if you subscribe to me on YouTube you will hear more of me after February 😀 I would like that very much please:

Hey Carmen! Thanks for checking out my 10x10! It was liberating to just go and try to make songs as quickly as possible. In the moment it's hard to tell if they're gonna land with listeners cause some of those songs are wacky. I appreciate your kind words and encouragement 😀
