A short electronic jam with analogue synth, all parts played 'live' so no loops or anything, apart from the drums.
What @sapient said - always good to hear something that's been played from the ground up, so to speak. I particularly like the way this gradually builds and the synth tones are very much my sort of thing.
Hello, I haven't visited your site yet this fawm, so I just picked one. Nice composition and mighty fine production. That weird under-waterish thingy makes a great contrast to the mellow and soulful backing track. I enjoyed my early morning listen. Looks like you had a great fawm! Congrats on "winning" your first fawm.
Nice sound palette, and always nice to know that a piece like this has been built, um, dare I say, "properly", rather than by jamming lops together. Not that there's anything wrong with it, but I kinda live it when music has a more "live" feel to it 😉
Do you have a preferred synth? I know almost nothing about using synths and am always curious as to what others like to compose with and/or muck about on!
Must say not what I would normally listen to - but I really did enjoy it - and again its all so professional
Some great synth sounds here. I particularly like the patch around 40 seconds. Really nice, laidback groove. Very enjoyable little track.
I love stuff like this! I do the rare electronic/synth track, but mostly stick to acoustic, so I like to explore beyond the usual. Glad I found this.
A lovely and luscious and bittersweet groove - a great late-afternoon listen. Good one!
I like the urgency that come with the slightly discordant keys from 40 secs and the hints of other notes near the end.
