So how many vocal tracks to you lay down? I once recorded a song in Huron. I think the last native speakers have passed away. Haven't heard of Vaerin - a language in reality or fantasy?
This feels like music in a cathedral I've never seen. Beautiful and uplifting and a little intimidating. It sounds very old, and I almost think I understand the words. Like ancestral memory.
I am in awe, as always, of your vocal layers and the space you create. This one makes me think I should take off my hat when I enter.
I'm on a bit of a binge listen, and I'm just amazed at the diversity and uniqueness of your tracks! Your vocals are absolutely outstanding, and you have this great musical storytelling ability with when you change or build different parts of a song. I don't know what the movie this music is too, but I want to see it!
This is like a medieval wedding procession. Very royal and otherworldly, like gods are binding together for eternity.
A lot of your Vaerin songs have a tinge of impending doom to them, even in their calm moments, but this feels almost purely optimistic to me. Beautiful.

I can see why others have made comparisons to Enya - & I agree I'd rather listen to your epic soundscapes & angelic voice (singing in your beautiful con-lang no less!). I'm still dying to understand your Værin, but the mystery of your language adds to the magic of your music - so perhaps I am better off not understand that which is sung. Either way, this is beautiful and soothing. I am so happy to hear your voice, as I know how in the past it has been difficult for you to sing. I'm really looking forward to more songs featuring Værin.
On Ce Vera Dans Les Ombres…
Drop dead epic!
Gorgeous. Oh my. Perfect for evening listening after a stressful day (well, all the days are stressful nowadays...) You know, I think in all the years I've been listening to your work on FAWM so far I've never mentioned Enya once but I really gotta this time. This is right up there with the best of Enya, and I am definitely a genuine fan of Enya so I totally mean that as a real compliment. Oh ok now I just saw that @iwilleatyou also mentioned Enya, hahaha! Hope I'm not being too annoying, then! 😝
Yep...I think I've said it before...Enya would be jealous. I'll take you over Enya any day (and I do like Enya).
Fantastic. There is so much depth to this. I had this image that this was playing across the entire landscape but not on a sound system, just coming from the sky and the earth. Nature's own voice enveloping the people.
Another beast. Love that little bit of silence in the first third, and the sort of all and response vocals just before the middle. The ending is lovely too!
I know you are the soundscape expert but how you make it sound so HUGE in my speakers is beyond me. Amazing flowing vocals. This could be the opening of an olympic games!!
Those timpanis are like the beating heart of this track. The ambiguous vocals sound really beautiful. Lovely melody too. Really nice is this.
Wow... So beautiful. Big and full and majestic, full of hope and joy. At least I think.i have no idea obviously since I don't urge words. It's gorgeous though and I loved the whole thing. Looking forward to everything else you compose!
Impressive production on this gothy 'wall of sound.' Very lush. Nice work. Interesting liner notes, too.
I'm not well versed in the Vaerin Language, so I found the liner notes a bit cryptic. This is big and beautiful, like all your stuff. It strikes me as being somehow more "accessible" than some of your stuff--a lush, atmospheric pop song, ready to be played on any radio station that plays Enya. (Hopefully you won't be offended by the comparison.) Love it!
