ambient trance instrumental
Playing with instrumental patterns and textures. Meditation or distraction in between working on lyric sets. Huh, I guess it fits the Week 1 challenge.
Heh, I see I'm not the only one drawn in by the title! This does have a fittingly whirling, dizzy feel to it. I really like the repeating piano (?) notes - definitely a Steve Reich vibe there.
Has a bit of a calliope/pink floyd vibe. Nice!
I totally see a fidget spinner as this is playing. Really cool. I played it for the boys and they all agreed with the theme. So fun!
This is a cool song, it feels slightly askew like the parts are a little disjointed but still sound great together. This was a cool track to listen to.
Hhh hwh mmm mew!
[Mantra loves the caressing textures of this piece. It whirls nicely and makes him want to curl up on the couch and nap.]
The organ makes me think of a slightly off-balance figure skater in a crazy skating rink. Love the title.
Great title to the piece. beautiful free style. Meditative...
I saw the title on the Songs page and had to come listen.
This is so cool. It reminds me of the work of Terry Riley, Steve Reich and that crowd.
And now it makes me want to preempt my current track and work on something in a similar vein. Thanks for the inspiration, Nancy!
This has an awesome nervous energy to it and you've combined lots of layers and elements really well. I need to experiment with my Hammond more. I love what you did here. This was a really cool song and I could definitely see it being the base for some really interesting vocals. Good stuff!
I really love the different patterns you've got going here and how well they flow into each other. The transitions are done really well. Really enjoyed this one.
I like the slightly unsettling feeling of the different tempos playing all together--lots of interesting layers to grab onto. I feel like it should be the soundtrack to an artsy French animation.
