singer-songwriter songskirmish harmonies
I had the idea of writing three vaguely linked songs, using the same three chords, in an hour. It took just over two hours, and the chords are different for each song, so...

What'll it be this time? (I've been running)
What'll it be this time? (I've been hiding)
I've been hiding from my own eyes
I've been rolling over capsized
I've been aaaaah

Interesting composition. I like the overlapping echoes. Wonderful song. Simple but intriguing lyrics and melody. Love this. Very creative.
Ooh I love me a bit of call and response. This is lovely and hypnotic and entrancing. Love the 'hiding from my own eyes/capsized' lyric, wonderful. Ohhh so pretty when it all overlaps
Ah, the multi-melodies are lovely over the repeated riff. The different treatments on the vocals make this work really well
Very nice. Love how on the 'hiding' part the vocal melody is shy of the first beat - fits the lyrics and sounds great.
Beautiful vocal layering!
This is brilliant man! Layering of the vocals work a treat, and the 3/4 time sig / trianglthing is VERY CLEVER. Lovely melodies on this
Overlapping vocals are my fave kind of vocals so.. yup. It's a yes from me.
Sometimes it's helpful to set constraints or a challenge to get the creative process going. I never get too worried when in the end I do something completely different!
This is rather nice - I love all the overlapping vocals (the fact they're treated differently works really well too). Lovely stuff!
