Liner Notes:

Ever since it was announced that we all had to write an extra half song, I had this idea. This is about the final thoughts of a man who has just been decapitated (which I seem to like writing about: http://smashyclaw.com/track/chompchompchomp).

I bet this one will be pretty polarizing, it veers off dramatically from what I usually do. I recorded everything in one take, so I could instill a raw feel.

I used to weigh quite a lot
But that all changed about seven seconds ago

I think that I’ll take a nap
Cause my eyes are weighed down from an axe
I see my mom in a dream

I thought about writing a song about somebody on his way to the guillotine, but to write about what happens a f t e r the decapitation is very cool!!

Tee hee! I like the rather silly words against the alt-rock guitar-pickin' - nice contrast. That guitar sounds almost like a harpsichord at times, which is appropriate somehow.
