Experiment in Open G Tuning (*25459)

Liner Notes:

I did an Open G tuning song last FAWM, so here's another. I said last 50/90 that I wanted to practice my slide a lot and get good before fawm. Got sick and side-tracked instead. It's OK with some intonation issues -- but slide is hard (sniff, sniff!).

Nice. Very laid back and pleasant. Keep at the slide. I've tried and I just can't get the hang of it, so my hat's off to anyone who can.

There's a really nice mood to this. The percs sound really good and the vibe is nive and laid back. Love it!

Sounds good. A nice full, rich production. I know what you mean about the slide. I try and do one or two songs each year also with a bottleneck. Is the bodhran providing the bass drum thump as well as the quicker rhythm? It sounds great.
