Liner Notes:

Some things that need to be said.

Lyrics:

You say one thing, then change your mind
I wish that you would just decide
Doo dah
Back and forth, this way and that
Bet I look just like a rat
Doo dah

Don't you know I'm more than just a resource?
Don't you know that I have got my rights?

You can't tell me what to do
I have had enough of you
Doo dah
You can threaten all you like
This here's a workman's strike
Doo dah

Don't you know I'm more than just a resource?
Don't you know that I have got my rights?

All I want's a steady job
To pay the rent and feed my dog
Doo dah
But you have got a bigger plan
Too big for your britches, man
Doo dah

Don't you know I'm more than just a resource?
Don't you know that I have got my rights?

So now I'm gone, don't ask for me
I'm leaving this here company
Doo dah
Someday, you'll be looking back
And give yourself a heart attack
Doo dah, doo dah day

Re: your liner notes, this is something that always needs saying.

I liked this, and I would love to hear it sung by a big giant group of people in a sort of protest context.
