Bio

Hey!

In the beginning of this month I was going to be a father. The baby's due date was the 26th of February, but she was born already on 14th, the Valentine's Day! So, now I'm the daddy of a beautiful amazing little girl!

First seven songs on the album is about waiting for my child to be born and the latter half is about my first impressions of her life outside the womb. What's it gonna be like? I asked in my first song. Now I know, but it's hard to explain. But I try!

After a decade or two I'll give these songs to her as a present.

    Hey Dad!

Congrats on all the good news. The first 3 weeks is a great time to get songs done, as jr is basically eating, sleeping, and leaving presents in their diapers.

After the first three weeks, the little sh&^%$ starts getting a schedule of their own, which includes waking people up. So write like the wind!

    Welcome to the club smile

Haha, it makes me think about some cyber-punk movies, where you can plug the human mind to a screen or something like that... I wish I could do it tongue

Thank you. Yes, I don't think of it as particularly happy. I definitely have some ideas for more violence and contrasting lyrics.Glad you liked it.

Thanks for the comment on my first song! The bass drum was actually just me tapping on the microphone.

I really like the sound you've got going here. I'll definitely be watching this page this month.

Greetings, and thanks for the comments on "Sailing Into Night Time." The funny thing is, folk musicians do fine without robots all the time! I think the wide availability of sequencing software just shifted musical society a bit toward perfectionism ... in real life, it's the flexibility that makes us human big_smile
