on the 'jukebox' pages, such as http://archive.org/details/PovertyMusical there's a link on the left which says 'VBR Zip'... that's all of the files. the thing is, i'm not sure if they're up to date with the slipstreams, so provided the separate slipstream .zips. anyway, it reads like you got it sorted out. thanks for the email address. will look forward to hearing your new material, and 'seeing' you in 50/90. later...

Wolf I know you are polishing the silver right now, but I was so glad we could share fawm again this year. Through the last few years our songwriting friendship has solidified and I will miss checking in here at fawm and reading your posts. Thank you for all of the comments on my songs - really made my day. Creating them was really easy, I just set my iPod and iTunes to shuffle and wrote down the lyrics that came up. The idea came from having several shuffled playlists where the song lyrics just fit together, like 'it hurts me / love doesn't have to hurt.'

Just really wanted to say thanks for your thoughtful comments on my projects. I debated if it was even worth posting those little snippets of songs I'd compiled throughout Feb but hadn't time to develop and demo for FAWM. So it tends to sit on top, nstead of inside the mix in a lush SP type way. Just my opinion, keep or sweep. Hope this helps. Wolf." would you like to do that? I can get you the vocal stems, and the background - unfortunately, I only have that as a single file. Bad news from Boris - he doens't currently have a computer, so he doesn't know when he's going to be able to work on this - or any other project. So I am suddenly more interested in making this version the best it can be - it's the only one I'll have for I don't know how long....

Thanks for all your kind words/suggestions. I'm posting a new version of "Why do you ask?" shortly with the guitar in the left speaker turned down somewhat. Thanks for pointing it out [normally I mix the vocal to low]. I'll definitely see you at 50/90 although I won't be going for 50 songs, but if it's anything like this it should be great - this is my first time, and has been a real eye-opener (in a good way). P.S. I wasn't quite sure what "hot" meant in terms of vocals? Does it mean the phrasing is a little loose? Or fast or early? Thanks again.

But One of the 15 "Looking" is a double up.

I can hear that Bass now much better, I'm going to have to re-vamp the whole piece, when i get the vocals. I'm sure that mandolin is going to get right on top of every thing and the fiddle needs to be cut out of the verses.
