Influences:   In no particular order: Duke Ellington, David Bowie, Dr. Demento, Weather Report, Yellowjackets, Jellyfish, Vangelis, Pink Floyd, ELO, Dar Williams, Elvis Costello, Burt Bacharach, Chicago (early stuff)

Classically trained, award-winning jazz pianist. Was on extended bed rest for nearly two years; FAWM 2017 is my ticket back to normalcy. Glad to be vertical and making music again!

This is my first FAWM. I don't usually do songs with lyrics, so hopefully you enjoy the more instrumental FAWM songs! Thanks for stopping by <3

Welcome to fawm. I am glad I ran across your stuff while busting zongs. Good stuff here.

I see you writing on robots and other topics common to the filk community, and you are local to me. Are you interested in meeting others who write and sing about fantasy and science fiction? Next opportunity is the annual concert at the Merril Collection, TPL, Feb 25 at 7 pm. After that next one is participatory, March 12 at Bakka-phoenix Books, 1 pm.

@wildnettle just putting it out there. you tell me what you're comfortable with and I'll follow your lead. Unless you'd rather it be the other way around. 😀

Hi!! I'm so excited you're doing this! I'm looking forward to listening to your pieces this weekend!

I'd love to collab but in practice I'm currently flailing and have no idea what I'm doing and I wish to hide under a pillow?

Welcome to FAWM - I didn't realize this was your first time here! You have amazing talent and it's a pleasure to listen to your music

FAWM is a fast-pressure way to--perhaps not normalcy, but certainly creativity and a modicum of performance enhancing [picks up forlorn violin]. So welcome. And do a lot of listening too!
