I play saxophone and keyboards in a band called Sober Peter out of St. Olaf College in Minnesota. I've been a musician in various forms for a while now (a while as defined by a person of not that many years anyway) and have made periodically sporadic though successful efforts at writing, but life has a tendency to happen, and so i'm taking up the mantle of the FAWM challenge as large stick with which to fend off the pesky distractions of life that bring about creative complacency, at least for a time.
