Thank you for your comment on Alan is an Angel. It was very healing to write.
Thanks for your comments on "Rocky Shores." Gotta love a good skipping stone!
Thank you so much for your kind words on "Evening Echo" and "Rocky Shores". I appreciate it.
Thanks for taking the time to listen and comment!
Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting on "climbin To The Clouds."
I'm pretty luck! 😀
Thanks for hearing More is the Solution.
"The singsongy nature of the tune contrasts the unreal subject matter and borders on creepy." yes - all intended.
I'm heartsickened at the prospect of nothing changing that will lessen the chances of the craziness reoccurring.
Congratulations Centurion Soldier! You wrote 100 comments for your fellow FAWMers!! You made this place even better. You took your time to listen to other people's songs and you have 100 thank you's from all of them and from me! Here’s your badge. Excellent work and keep busting’ those zongs!!
That's really awesome to hear man, thanks for listening! I was really struggling with mixing last year's FAWM and getting to hear each part is this year's goal, so thanks again!
I'd intended to have me singing on that track but ran out of time, so the title felt apt.
Allo! Thanks for your kind words on sunlight through trees. Looking forward to hearing your tunes 🙏
Thanks for the comment on my "Holding Together" skirmish song. Pete's Seeger's been on my mind, with the anniversary of his death a few weeks ago - still bummin' about it.
Hey thanks for the comments! My voice leads sometimes. So I had the melody in my head and then I found chords to fit it. 😀 I learned to sing by listening to over 30 Ella cds. So I could have nipped the melody from somewhere unawares.
Hey Jay, thank you for comments on Darkness and Shadows... almost a week ago now, heh. Hope you have had non-depressing Fawm so far.
Thanks for listening to and commenting on my Winter song.
Hey thank you so much for you kind words, means a lot to me
The soundtrack to my song: nice!
Just post a link to it on the forum thread whenever you’re finished. I don’t know who’s next off hand, but it’ll be listed at the top of the thread. Looking forward to hearing it!
Thanks so much for your sweet comment and listening to my track.
Thanks for taking a listen to my song! I appreciate your comments. You've got some great vibes going here with your music 😀
Thanks for your kind comments on ‘“I Heard It Snap”. I have watched some Peaky Blinders and know exactly what you mean. Glad you enjoyed the track.
Thanks for commenting on I'll paint the wall blue! I will definitely not change that verse 😀
Thanks for the comment on my song!
Thank you so much for your comments on "None of This". Glad you listened.
I would un-watch me...if I were anti-Jay.
Thanks for stopping by 'All The Wrong Things’ and your lovely comment. I’ll let you know when the demo is posted. 😀
I'm following you...
Hey thanks, Jay........ I mean "yaJ, sknaht yeH ".
well, y'all decide which of you wants to start, with either words or music. words are typical, but i have added lyrics and a melody after the fact. i randomly assigned each of you words or music, i believe, as you are both either. when i write lyrics in a random collaboration, i ask my partner if they have a title or hook that they would like me to write about. the two of you could do it however you'd like, but i thought that at least being assigned before FAWM would give people some time to decide that before it starts. does that help?
I can get into some Neil Young. Thanks for the note. I hope we have a great FAWM
Agree to the tea and songwriting!
Best of luck during FAWM 2018!
