thanks for the awesome comment. and I love Vic Chestnut too

No problem on the feedback. I know how we all crave comments during FAWM. Checking my Dashboard is more addictivce (I find) then trying to come up with new & wonderous songs LOL

Thanks for the great comment on Observer Of The World! Looping gets easier with practice, I've found. Knowing when to open & close the loops is important - especially if you're trying to avoid those annoying "clicking" sounds. Tho, sometimes the clicks might work out… depending on the effect you're going for.

you recommended GBV to me before. I listened new album.
But recommend me that which my guitar riff reminds ye of please?
  •  anonymouse 3 months ago
yes, you seem unusually unprolific this year. last track is really good though
even though I normally appreciate your freewheeling guitar work most !
  • mindy29 3 months ago
ha thanks Rich for the comment on my short song!

  •  anonymouse 3 months ago
drum is some sort of tom I think, one of the sticks is a bent chopstick (hitting rim), the other is a short length of wood smile
  • tsubaki 3 months ago
Thanks for the suggestion! I've switched to Dropbox instead, and now it seems to stream perfectly.
  • itsruss 3 months ago
Hey man! Thanks for the message. I'm not terribly far from Athens, and play music there as often as I can. It's a hell of a town smile

And, yes. Vic Chesnutt = badass.

    I dig your stuff!
  •  whisperedcandles 3 months ago
Yes! I most certainly intend to keep it a Capella; I just mean I'd like to add more voice-tracks. Thanks for listening! smile
  • tsubaki 3 months ago
Hey, thanks for the feedback! How do you make sure the music will stream? What filehosting site do you use?
  •  anonymouse 3 months ago
what do you record onto again? It sounds like tape. It always has a great quality to my ears.
  •  anonymouse 3 months ago
I found the bass on the side of the road. it's a fretless convert. But there's a bit of buzz. If you want some bass on any track I'd be happy to assist.
  • candle 3 months ago
Thanks for the great comment on The Empty Sleepers Of Image.

I love it when someone uses the word "shambolic" smile

{tossin up the peace sign}. My brother from another mother! Wecome back. You are on my crucio list. Remember that, ya dig? That means I may either expect some a Capella from you or some vocals stems from a song you post...no buts.
  •  anonymouse 3 months ago

I sent you an email today
  •  vomvorton 3 months ago

Hey, Rich! I listened the new GBV last night, and I really enjoyed it. Seems like the missing link between Under the Bushes and... well, everything else. Glad to see you back! If I see Bob and company, I'll relay the greetings from Ireland.
