Bio

I was a recording artist and touring musician who performed with the folk trio, Bok Muir & Trickett through the years 1970-2000.
I am writing and recording at home these days.
I love Broadway and did spend some years working in community theater doing musicals.
I just learned yesterday that I won an award in a contest that

Thanks for the redo on Roll That Trestle Annie.
Yeah, I think it's better. Things got so rushed there on the last end that I didn't get too many "listens" in

Annie, a 'proper' demo is now up for 'Don't Look Back'. Billy P. has done a sensational job with it.

Gosh, thanks Annie on rushing to get it done. sounds real good to me but it can always be tweaked later on updated demos if it doesn't quite suit you. Getting it up before the deadlne is the important thing.. There's been a real rush to get demos and everything else up on the last end. I was getting the unavailable thing all the time. We were just overloading the system I expect.
It must take a trmendous amount of bandwidth to handle this
    onslaught of songs.
(I had puter rtrouble again this morning so I'm going to do another restore and could disappear )

Annie!!! smile I've been looking for you, but couldn't remember the name you used on FAWM. I'm bad enough with names to start with, lol. Very glad to see that you're here and I'm about to start enjoying listening to your wonderful music here!! smile

very interesting and informative. the nyckelharpa sounds a fascinating thing indeed. And the way you managed to record it on "Your Graceful Touch", certainly gave it an even more magical (and cello like) feeling. I'd suggest you include the description/explanation that you sent to me in the song liner notes, I'm sure there would be interest in this amongst the listeners, who may be tempted to seek out this magical sounding instrument.

Thank you for the heads up on Clown, Annie. I've pulled the vocal forward some--still needs proper production but no time!

[ADDED: Claude Graf and the Chebecs! I had no idea....I'm now strictly Bauhaus Boatbuilding but the Light Schooner was a gem. Annie, direct email is timfatchen at flyingtadpole dot com but you can always find it at www.flyingtadpole.com

*blush* thank you Annie. Rittmo', well that just turned out magic, it was worth the engineering misery to get it perfect! Now I''m off to bed content! Big things I hope will start to happen on Friday. Getting a teeny bit anxious...

Thanks for the tips/message on buying a uke! I'll probably go with a cheapy at first though. And because of time, i will probably just order one on the 'net. I'm a believer in just making do with whatever instruments are on hand, whether high-end or cheapy.

    Annie ol Buddy, buddy.
After another hour of struggle I managed to get a vocal up for Roll That Trestle, BUT I didn't get it done right--it plays for me but not sure about anyone else. When you get time, would you see if it plays for you?
    Thanks Annie

Thank you kindly, my friend, for your lovely feedback about my latest track and lovely comments about the compilation album. It was a genuine pleasure to hear that you'd be involved on the Valentunes project, and a delight to hear your dulcet tones again after such a long time. I hope to hear a MOUND of great and special music from you this February.
