  OMG the accordion is totally FUBAR'd... fortunately I got @nancyrost's advice on accordion repair; unfortunately, half of the chord buttons are stuck Oh well free accordion... I guess I can't complain. Gotta break out the needle nose pliers and bend some reeds
  
  Your condenser mic sounds great! I definitely noticed a difference... I use a LDC for vocals and acoustic instruments and it really captures a wide range of frequencies. It's like making music in 3D!

  "Front porch-y" is a phrase that I made up. I typically use it to describe any piece of music that I could imagine someone performing while sitting on a front porch on a nice summer day. Usually, I envision myself sitting there too, just relaxing and having a beer, listening to the performer.
