So let's see if I can bullet (ok dashes - same thing) this:
- I started FAWMing in Feb of 2007...thanks to my really awesome friend "Maeflower" much love to you Erin! love you and - My first ever and totally fun collaboration "The Moon Escapes Tonight" with Becca Palm ended up on the 2008 "fawmpilation" (track #13).
-I "wrote" 13 other songs that year - and attempted a few demos that make me cringe - including "Bunnies Hanging All Around"

- Feb 2008, for my second year of FAWMing I wrote 18 songs and the collaborations were phenomenally awesome! so was my song "I'm Toast"

- Later in 2008 I attempted my first 50/90 and collaborated with some AMAZINGLY TALENTED folks out there in FAWM & 50/90 world...and came away with 11 songs.

- FAWMing in 2009...wrote only 12 songs - but all my lyrics were demo'd giving me over 22 songs to listen to! You fawmers ROCK!
- I submitted 7 tracks - couldn't narrow it down, and On Rare Occasions was chosen for the Fawmpilation! THANKS JOSH BELVILLE!!!!

- Before 50/90 I was star struck meeting Dan Vaillancourt (hi Dan) and his wife (hi wife)...in MY driveway! They were in Maine - so we met up! So cool!

- 50/90 2009 - was hit or miss. I was so busy - my girls are getting older and summer means outside fun - but I managed to write 5 songs.
- Our Yesterday was demo'd by 5 different artists! Again - I'm in shock!

- Yes - I'm still learning the guitar...will forever be an ongoing process in my life since it's not the only thing on my plate! When I'm not songwriting - I'm kicking or punching someone or something at Karate...I currently have a Green belt! So don't make me mad...(jk). I'm an avid crafter and love creating my own patterns to sew up and sell. I finally have my shop site up - http://kidgiddy.etsy.com/ - if you need an original Tuck 'n' Go or turtle or tote bag. I also have my craft blog up with some fun things, yummy recipes and other random stuff so check it out and follow along!...(http://kidgiddy.blogspot.com/).

- And when I'm not able to do ALL of that - it's because I'm with my 2 cute little girls that are growing up way to fast (almost 7 and a few months over 5)! I'm sure at some point you'll hear their little voices in another children's song...they want to be fawmers when they grow up too! They both have their own guitar and Santa was kind enough to give them a honkin' huge Electronic Keyboard so they can learn the Piano! Whoot Whoot!

I LOVE TO COLLABORATE! I'm happy to try anything but the music part! I'm happy to try and write something for or with you if you have an idea in mind. (John Crossman knows this well! - he even termed it a "Custom Collaboration"). So please post me or email me and we'll chat! I'll do my best to write you something awesome - and until then - if you see some set of my lyrics that you like...and you hear a melody - go nuts on a demo...even if there's already a demo up - I'm happy to spread the goods and link it all together!

Alas we're having serious car troubles.....so unfortunately everything is on hold. We are getting a new car in the next couple of weeks....and assuming we can get our other old car back to functional, I'm hoping maybe in March. We'll see. Miss you....

Howdy, missy....I hope this weekend is going a little better for you, and you are chill like a cucumber and beautiful words are just arranging themselves magically in your head.

I wanted to let you know that Breanna, Ben Nutter's sister-in-law, just joined fawm. She's new to the game, doing mostly lyrics...and I'm hoping the whole fawm experience doesn't terrify her. I was just thinking that you would be a good person for her to know, since you have a ton of experience with collaborating and probably more practical advice on how to get your name out there and give/get feedback and whatnot.
