Bio

I'm Jamie,I'll be 19 on Valentine's Day (:! FAWM '12 will be my 4th FAWM but I also participated in the last two 50/90s. I am interested in a variety of things, including photography, web design, graphic design, blogging, writing novels & poetry, horseback riding, and hiking. Music, however, is my definition.

The lyrics that don't have demos are free for anyone to use during this FAWM season. I know that sometimes having material to work with that isn't your own can spark a bit more creativity so if anyone is ever interested in using my lyrics, lemme know! Also, if you're looking for a female vocalist, check out some past recordings and hit me up if you like my style. I mostly do country, but I love jazzy, blues type stuff (think, "Stormy Weather").

The low octave is best I believe. To pick the right key I'll need to know the lowest note that you can sing comfortably, with out stress. I can transpose to a workable key based on that. If it's too high or too low now, don't worry about working on it, just test your voice with a piano or a guitar. and let me know the low note relative to middle C. You will eventually be singing against the background music that is in the correct key for your voice. We'll only need to make a rough recording to begin with. The final process will involve several takes and different musicians.

Wow, I love your Myspace music, I've been seaching for a collaboratot with that sound. I f you'd like to collab let me know. If you do and get the time to read and any of these song fit you that would be awesome! I can hear you style and vox on #4, 10,13, 19, and 25 just comming thru in my mind.

i wish i had better recording capabilities. however, i can record guitar (all my songs are piano, but guitar is technically my "first" instrument) and i grew up in a country household. so if you'd like i could record guitar for that song. i'd just really like to hear it a little fuller and in its entirety.
