Hey, I just wanted to say that I appreciate what you have given to me and I am going to reciprocate. I have wanted to pay attention to your music as it came out from the beginning of the year, but just didn't fulfill that goal. However, I am here for at least a month and really enjoy what you guys are doing. I will be listening to your music this weekend, probably.....hopefully....most likely. Thanks again for your feedback.
Congrats on a successful FAWM (I had to retire due to a sore hand!). I enjoyed listening to all your lovely harmonies and sweet arrangements.
Perhaps our vans will cross paths some day on Vancouver Island (they may already know each other!)
Thank you for your kind words on "Quilted Heart".
Ok, 14 definitely! 😀 Excited to listen today
Bless you and your listening sesh! Congrats on hitting 14 (kind of 😝)
Awww you are too kind!
Wowowow!!! So glad you liked the music... and look at all your fabulous tracks! Well done, Goddess.
I loved your stuff at the beginning, but then fell off of commenting for a bit...I'm back to listening and glad that I came back to your music.
Appreciate the comments as always! If there is warmth on the recordings it might be due to the new mic I'm using and a lot of very closely mic'd stuff as I quietly record when the house is asleep 😁 Looking forward to your next one. Can't believe there's only a few days left!
Umm, so thank you for your comments and your emojiatious most on my wall. My watchlist has amassed to something ridiculously huge in the past few years so my apologies it's taken so long to get to your tunes! I got to go out but I could listen all night in all honesty... I'll be back!
ok, it's now called 'infusion'.
So glad it won't take much to change it. I already fixed the fawm titles. Thank you!!
Thank you for your kind words on "Vivian" and "Start Again". "Start Again" was a very personal song for me, I'm glad to see it resonating with so many people.
I had a blast working on "Vivian", that is definitely not the type of song I generally do so it was great to get out of my comfort zone.
Hey that's a good point, stopping and starting winter/spring. Kind of like how we just had a foot and a half of snow last week, and then yesterday it was 65F and pouring rain. Back to 35F today. Ugh. Thanks for listening!
I suddenly realized you're not on my watchlist. Maybe you're on my 50/90 watchlist but not this one. I want to hear what you're doing!
I am dying
again.. you are a goddess 🌸✨✌🏻
Thanks for popping in on my song.
Thanks for all of your kind comments!
Chucking the shoes and running in the opposite direction 😘 Thanks for the comment
Thank you for the commeny, and it introduced me to your music! I love it. Your playing and singing are really lovely! I will comment on a few, too, but just wanted to say thanks.
Thank you so much for your kind words on Rain. Liz and I did an improv kind of approach, where she wrote a few lines, then I wrote a few lines. We work together very well and I am blessed to have the opportunity to collaborate with her!
Thanks for all the great comments on my songs!
Regarding Madrid... I do have a special talent for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I feel it’s my duty as a songwriter to show you what I’ve seen and not what would paint the prettiest picture. I wrote a song about my hometown Utrecht too. Just like a friend of mine who wrote a similar song I got a lot of flack for it. I didn’t write about the stuff Utrecht is proud of, instead I wrote about the things it’s ashamed of. Same for Madrid.
Thanks for your comments! It helps to hear that because sometimes I feel like I’m trying to do too much and doing everything a little less efficiently haha! I am also curious what the kids will think of these songs!
You are so very sweet... Thank you for listening and for taking the time to write that very nice comment. I really appreciated the good thoughts... ☺️
Thank you for the kind words on "Flatlanders" I have been on a Joe Robinson kick but I can't do what he does. I can say that "Flatlaners" was influenced by him though.
Hey lovey! Been commenting back on posts... didn't realise there's no kind of notifications... *facepalm* Welcome back to canuckland xx
Thanks so much for the comment! I see you have another song now - I need to go have a listen!
