I'm super super happy with the collab, and thank you kindly for all the nice words 😀

Thanks for your comment on "Adios Amigos". I'd never heard of narco corrido music (thanks @tseaver for the name). Now I'm digging through Youtube to check it out. Pretty crazy stuff). The first part of each verse is based on a pretty standard Spanish music progression. It's lots of fun to play. And I'm in a casual band called Adios Bandidos, so I've been wanting to write a spanish-style song for a while.

    Thanks @johnstaples, I didn't realize I had the cover on there. Been a long time....been a long time. 😀

Alright, I do actually have a proper idea for the "Killer" track now. Just about to hit bed. Please drop me an email, would love to discuss the details.

  • @mmmmarcus  Feb 22

It's a bit up to what you feel also. I think you've got GREAT tracks on here. Maybe I could try something for Killer? Hopefully I won't disappoint.
Maybe email is easier for throwing some ideas, you can reach me at marcusmittila at hotmail dot com

Garageband has a feature where it will generate a drum track for you based upon the project BPM and various knobs you can twiddle (Simple/Complex, Soft/Loud, etc.) It's really simple to use and sounds great. Just google "Garageband drummer" and you'll find all sorts of info on it.

  • @dorit Feb 22

@mmmmarcus That would be amazing! Your productions sound great! Do you want to do one of the songs that are up on here or something else?

  • @mmmmarcus  Feb 22

Maybe you'd allow me to make some production for a track of yours? Weekend is super busy, but possibly during next week.

  • @wacha  Feb 20

Thank you very much for your kind words on "Join Me In Death", I had a great time putting Arthur's lyrics to music.

  • @mmmmarcus  Feb 19

Thank you so much for all the comments on my tracks! I'm glad you took the time to listen and comment, and thank you for all the compliments. You've got some AMAZING stuff on here, and I'm looking forward to hear more tracks from you!

I am very happy to learn that "Gutmensch" is used by the Jews of NYC (and beyond, I guess) as the totally positive description it is meant to be! And it is my sincere intention to turn its strangely twisted meaning around again here in Germany! (Thankfully I am not alone - there are so many who strive to be good and kind rather than hateful and ignorant. 😀 )

Thanks for listening and your comments on my song 'the tree of life ' . Appreciate it .

Hi @dorit , welcome to the FAWM! 14 songs in 28 days!! You were asking about the LyriCloud in the Fawmling forum thread--- you can find it under "The Muse" in the drop down menu at the top right connected to the little thumbnail of your profile pic. "The Muse' has four tools that can help if you get stuck. My favorite is "Titular" but all of them can be useful sometimes. Best of luck with your new songs!!

  • @kevinmason  Feb 6

I hope you keep going! Well maybe I'm just being selfish and want to hear another one from you. 😀 Either way, I hope you have a fun month.
