Bio

To explain my user name, I was once in a band called DDT in middle school, and it was my first intro into writing music. The name of my high school is Galveston Ball, shortened to g-ball.

I like classical music, play mostly piano, and am strongly influenced by rock. This year, I seek to widen my writing skills, as I plan to write a jazz song, a march, a waltz, a rap, and many others. Stay tuned, as I'll provide as many videos for each song I write as I can.

Hi Bryce! I'm glad to inspire! Piano is always a bit challenging for me when it comes to jazz, but I love jazz, so I try. I actually recorded it line by line because I doubt I could have played it all the way through. Learning parts is what March is for, right?

Thanks again for the kind words and thanks for "keeping the pressure on", I'll be sure to record demos as I finish writing the melodies. I tend to write lyrics first and melodies after. smile

Thank you for commenting on my song... maybe the link to my reverberation will prove successful?

Why thanks, ddtgball! I'm a classical musician myself; I'm all for your plan to write different genres. Believe it or not I (kind of) pulled of a rap last year myself.
The sonnet writing was actually the easy part for me. Setting it to music... a little harder. The recording/performance was the toughest, so I kind of let the quality slide there. Glad you liked it!
