  Regarding the hi pass filtering, you can do that with almost every parametric equalizer plugin. You filter out a big chunk of the lower frequencies which leaves more space for the lower spectrum of the drums, bass and guitar. I'd start by cutting everything below 800 Hz and see what that does. Have fun.

  Hi, thanks for the comment love on "Indecision"
  That's the first song I've written on the guitar and part of the draw was the ability to try more interesting picking and leads and the bass notes that you just can't get on a ukulele...
  I'm not entirely happy with the singing on that track, it could've been better but there's no time to spend ages fine tuning it. Your comment made my day though
