I'm in a band called The Revivaleers and this year, as with the last 2, I'll be writing in the country/folk/quasi-gospel/ old timey tent revival style for more arrows in the band's quiver.
Comment as you'd like. I'm always looking to get better so you don't need to type with kid gloves when commenting here.
Hey Daniel - I've only just seen the updates you made cos you didn't tag me.... was gonna ask you for a copy of the lyrics - do you have the chords jotted down anywhere?
Thanks Daniel on "Hallelujahs
I don't know if i read your bio before but it looks right down your alley--Naah, not to late. If you feel something for it lemme know
Hey, I'm really flattered you like my song "I'm On That Train". Thanks so much for your way-too-generous comments! And thanks also for kickstarting the #bigtentrevival idea in the first place. I love it. We should do it for 50/90, too! The month went by way too fast. I just realized now that I've had you watchlisted but haven't listened to any of your songs yet! Gonna rectify that.
Hallelujah, my friend!
My reaction to your message "OMG he can fly a plane!?" Says a lot about us both I guess... If I can do anything, let me know. Second verses, bridges, violent passengers. ..
Hi! I got it! Bear with me though, okay? I hafta clear some other stuffs first!
Cool - It was such a revelation what happened with that chorus last night that I'm gonna take some of my other stuck ideas, imagine I collabing with other people and see if that unlocks other tracks. I might be onto something.
Dan - sent you an idea.
One more possible way to go with it - Just take the chorus and ignore the rest of it (lyrics/concept) and go wherever YOU feel it should go. If I'm still in love with my original idea I can always write some alternate/extra lyrics post FAWM (kinda Guns n Roses on Use Your Illusion!)
Let me know
Thanks for your nice comment on Creek is High! I'm not familiar with that artist...I should look him up. I just started listening to country a few years back, since I live far enough north that you have to LOOK for country music. (near Boston)
Will have a listen to your songs
Aww, thanks for the kind words Daniel. We're talking about trying that one tonight at our big Chicago club debut gig.
Sure You still have my email, yeah?
Thanks for the kind words, Brother. I'm looking forward to what else you have hiding up your sleeve... Thanks again for turning me on to FAWM!
Daniel, can we sing together again? The last time was so magic.
Thank you, sir. Not sure how I have not watch listed you before now, but consider that oversight remedied. Look forward top hearing your songs. Love the title of the first one.
Hey Daniel, thanks for your lovely comment on 'Feathered hearts, feathered minds'! Reminding someone of Lullaby Baxter- what a compliment I think she's a great singer.
And now I have to listen to your song!
My pleasure. My only regret is in the year since I've only managed to rerecord one FAWM 14 song. Pretty poor. I will revisit it though.
Would love love love to do another collab this year
Hi Daniel, I'm hoping were going on get a few tunes from you this year, if you've got the time that is.
trust you're well anyhow.
hi! glad you're back!
This is THE YEAR!
Hi Daniel, I'm really looking forward to you FAWMing new songs
Happy FAWM 2015 Daniel!
