I am a twenty-two year old cashier who loves reading, writing and music. I have been writing song LYRICS for the past eight to ten years probably though the earliest attempts aren't worth looking at. I wish I had the talent to write music to go along with it, but alas, that is not in my skill set.

Hey chokiba, you should do what I've done... I've taken lots of my old "poems" and totally restructured them to be more song friendly... you know - V/V/C type of structures.
Now, whenever I write, I write specifically with singing in mind, usually keeping my lines to no more than 10 syllables. The nice thing about us poets-turned-lyricists is that we always like to tell a story in our songs.

I wasn't really offering, just being a guitar-head lol. If you ever want chords written over something though, I'd do it as a collab.
