    Thanks for listening! smile

Thanks so much for all your comments! As to your question, one thing I've discovered during this FAWM is that I like to have enough peace and quiet to overwrite, so that when I do finally figure out what the song's about I've got lots of spare parts to dig through to find the best lines, and then go in and build off of that (online thesaurus and rhyming dictionary are your friends!). Hoping to catch my breath a little this final weekend to spend more time looking and listening to more people's stuff (like yours!)

Hi Bob, thanks again for your encouraging words. As for the songs, I think they will stay accessible via the site. I upload mine to dropbox and link to that. My plan is to actually develop some of the songs once FAWM is over but you know what they say about good intentions...

Hey, thanks for your comment. It's right that you hear buzz.
Started off as something not really serious. Recorded through a low-fi mic.
    Then I started adding things.

Hi Bob, thanks again for the kind words. Yes, sometimes repetition of a simple idea makes more of a point than complicated lyrics. Cheers!

    Hi Bob. smile
Once again, thank you for taking the time to listen and comment.

Reading my liner notes again, I realise that I probably came across as quite arrogant. However, the track was born out of my frustration with a particular individual who utterly refutes any suggestion that even a little knowledge would be of any benefit.

It's that argument that drives me to distraction! If he would only admit that he's wrong, I could forgive him, hoping that he will eventually decide to give theory a go... wink

    Hey, Bob! smile

I just wanted to say thank you loads for your marathon listening stint. I appreciate it greatly, and it's a huge honour for me when someone spends the time to listen and comment to so many tracks in a single sitting.

It's a quiet Sunday here, the Sun is shining, and I'm in the mood to sit here and return the favour. smile

Thanks so much for your kind comments on my songs. Yes, it's all me and this is also my first FAWM. I'm having a real blast and like the very positive vibe from the community. As you can probably gather I'm not much of a guitar player, but I do enough to get my songs out with the intention of going back and finishing them later, hopefully with someone who can play. Congrats on being a winner as well

I never have played at the Gallery Cabaret. I think it's on the list of places my band ElvisBride is trying to get into. If it weren't for the gumption of certain motivated people in the band, I wouldn't hardly play out at all.

Thanks for the Feedback. I became the 2,453,437
viewer of "Bright Eyes - At The Bottom Of Everything" and I definitely see the connection, at least in genre and topic.
    Cheers, marklberry

Bob, regarding your question, if I were you I would stick to posting your YouTube videos here.
It's the easiest option if you don't have your own space on the web to upload your MP3's.
The link to itunes will not work here in the player. Do you still use your myspace? In case you upload to myspace it's possible to link to the mp3 on myspace from your songpage. Still it won't play in the jukebox then, it will only redirect the listener. So best option is keep posting your songs like you have done. Only then it takes just one click to reach the song.
More info on demo upload is here: http://fawm.org/wiki/demo_hosting

Keep 'em coming Sir, I'm sure you will reach 14.

FAWM is great for putting yourself out of your normal process; and, from what I've heard of yours so far, it's achieving incredible results. Your obsessing about getting your lyrics to flow really pays off; I'm still in awe of your tunes so far. (I listened to "First Time," too; I'll leave a comment later as I'm off to work, but suffice to say I thought it was brilliant.)

Sorry to hear about your PD. I'm sure you've thought about ways to facilitate guitar playing plenty, but it occurred to me that you might get some mileage out of using an open tuning so that you just have to get the strings down to get a few primary chords going if the mood struck you.

Guitar or not, I think you're a fantastic songwriter. Excited to hear more of your stuff this February!

hi Bob, sorry to hear that, but anyway, the song works great as a capella.
